2
Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) Issuance

We issue formal Soft Corporate Offers (SCOs) within 48 hours of receiving buyer specifications. A complete SCO from Augustina Impex Limited includes: full product specification and assay data, pricing basis and currency, monthly volume capacity, Incoterms, payment terms, pre-shipment inspection arrangements, export documentation list, and delivery timeline. Buyers may request SCOs for any mineral commodity in our active portfolio by submitting their grade, volume, destination, and Incoterm requirements via WhatsApp or email.

3
Pre-Shipment Inspection Coordination

We coordinate pre-shipment quality, weight, and grade verification with internationally accredited third-party inspection bodies, including CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group), SGS, and Bureau Veritas. Inspection is conducted at the seller's warehouse or designated loading point in Nigeria prior to shipment, providing buyers with internationally recognised certification of the mineral commodity's specification, weight, and condition before payment is released or cargo is loaded.

4
Sample Procurement & Dispatch

For buyers who require independent laboratory analysis before committing to a commercial order, we procure and dispatch representative mineral samples to buyer-nominated laboratories worldwide. We manage the full sampling workflow: collection from the mineral stockpile, proper packaging, preparation of required shipping documentation, and dispatch via appropriate courier or air cargo services. For NORM-classified minerals such as Monazite Sand, we coordinate specialist IATA Dangerous Goods freight forwarders for sample shipment compliance.

5
HMS Toll Processing

Through our operational partnership with a Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Processing Plant in Jos, Plateau State, we offer toll processing services to Nigerian mine owners and mineral traders who hold raw ore but require beneficiation into commercially graded concentrate before sale. The plant uses gravity separation (spiral concentrators and shaking tables), magnetic separation, electrostatic separation, and multi-stage classification to upgrade heavy mineral sand feeds into marketable concentrates. Toll processing is available on a per-tonne basis for third-party ore owners.
