How to Make a Commodity Enquiry
To receive a formal Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) for any mineral commodity, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with the following details:
① Mineral commodity required (e.g. Fluorite Ore, Lithium Ore, Copper Ore)
② Target grade / specification (e.g. CaF₂ ≥80%, Li₂O ≥2%, Cu ≥5%)
③ Required monthly volume in Metric Tonnes (MT)
④ Destination country and port
⑤ Preferred Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF)
⑥ Your company name and country of incorporation
We will respond with a formal Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) within 48 hours of receiving complete enquiry details. All SCOs include full product specification, pricing basis, assay data, payment terms, and export documentation overview.
Our Commercial Process
Step 1 — Enquiry & SCO: Buyer submits specification and volume requirements → Augustina Impex issues SCO within 48 hours.
Step 2 — Contract Execution: Buyer accepts SCO → Supply Contract or MOU executed.
Step 3 — Sample (if required): Representative sample shipped for independent laboratory analysis at buyer's nominated lab.
Step 4 — Production & Inspection: Full production lot assembled → Pre-shipment inspection by CCIC / SGS / Bureau Veritas at origin.
Step 5 — Payment: 100% T/T (standard) or payment upon assay results (for select minerals — confirm at SCO stage).
Step 6 — Export & Shipment: Full export documentation package issued → Goods shipped on agreed Incoterms.
