Augustina Impex Limited — Connecting Nigeria's Mineral Wealth to the World

Who We Are
Augustina Impex Limited is a fully registered and licensed Nigerian solid minerals export company, incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC 750691) and headquartered in Jos, Plateau State — widely regarded as the epicentre of Nigeria's historic and rapidly expanding solid minerals industry. We are registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) under Export Registration Number RE No. 0039421 (valid through July 2027), and all our export transactions are conducted in full compliance with the Nigerian Export Supervision Scheme (NESS) and the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act 2007.
Our core mandate is the aggregation, quality control, and international export of Nigerian solid mineral commodities to qualified buyers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Augustina Impex Limited serves as the critical commercial bridge between Nigeria's vast mineral wealth — much of it underexplored, undervalued, and underserved by the global market — and the international industrial minerals buyers who need verified, professionally facilitated supply from a country whose geological endowment is among the most diverse and significant on the African continent.
All exports are processed through our licensed export entity, Jase Odus Nigeria Limited (RC 2022462), ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance at every stage of the export process.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to position Nigeria as a credible, transparent, and professionally managed source of critical and industrial solid mineral commodities for the global market.
Nigeria is home to extraordinary mineral wealth — lithium ore, rare earth-bearing minerals, fluorite, coltan, tin, copper, lead, zircon, rutile, ilmenite, monazite, manganese, tungsten, graphite, and more — distributed across a Precambrian basement complex that spans more than two-thirds of the country's land mass. Yet for decades, Nigeria's solid minerals sector has punched far below its weight in global mineral trade, hampered by infrastructure gaps, regulatory complexity, and a lack of professional, internationally oriented export facilitation capacity.
Augustina Impex Limited was established to change that. We bring together verified licensed supply from Nigeria's growing network of compliant mining companies and processing plants, professional commercial management, full regulatory compliance under Nigerian export law, and direct engagement with qualified international buyers — delivering transactions that are transparent, documented, and credible at every step.
Our Mineral Portfolio
Augustina Impex Limited maintains an active export portfolio spanning more than 15 solid mineral commodity categories, sourced from licensed mining companies, processing plants, and artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) operations across multiple Nigerian states including Plateau, Benue, Nasarawa, Taraba, Cross River, Zamfara, Kogi, Adamawa, Kwara, and Edo States.

Our Production Network
Augustina Impex Limited's supply capability is underpinned by a multi-state network of licensed mining companies, mineral processing plants, and mine owner representatives spanning Plateau, Nasarawa, Taraba, Zamfara, Cross River, Kogi, Adamawa, Benue, Edo, and Kwara States. This network gives us access to a diverse range of mineral commodities at various stages of the value chain — from run-of-mine ore to mechanically beneficiated concentrate — enabling us to serve buyers with differing grade, form, and volume requirements.
Augustina Impex Limited maintains an operational partnership with a Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Processing Plant in Jos, Plateau State. This facility uses gravity separation (spiral concentrators, shaking tables), magnetic separation, electrostatic separation, and multi-stage classification to upgrade raw heavy mineral sand feeds into commercially graded mineral concentrates. The plant is also available for toll processing for third-party ore owners requiring beneficiation services without taking ownership of the material.
